3D Habits is a digital habit-building and accountability platform operated by:

We follow the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the Irish Data Protection Act 2018, and relevant EU digital laws.

You must be 13 years or older to use 3D Habits.

This is in line with Ireland's Digital Age of Consent.

Users under 18 should use the app with awareness and support from a parent or guardian.

We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.

Personal Information

Usage Data

• Habit logs and schedule entries
• Check-in posts, photos or videos
• XP, streaks, group activity
• Notifications and app interactions

Technical Data

• Device type
• IP address
• Crash logs
• Cookies (minimal and essential)

Payment Data

• For mobile apps: handled by Apple App Store or Google Play Billing
• For web purchases: handled securely by Stripe
  We do not store card details.

Optional Integrations

You choose whether to connect each integration. You can disconnect an integration or revoke its permission in your device or Google account settings.

• Google Calendar: when you connect Google Calendar and select habits to sync, we use your selected habit names, schedules, and the identifiers of the events we create to create, update, and remove those habit events in your primary calendar. We do not use unrelated calendar events.
• Health and fitness data: when you connect Apple Health or Health Connect, we may read day-level summaries of steps, active energy, distance, sleep, and exercise activity. We use this information to validate a related check-in against the goal you set. This information is not used for medical diagnosis or treatment.
• Screen Time and device usage: when you enable this integration, we use your device-usage duration and daily-limit progress to show progress against a screen-time habit and, where you enable the option, support an automated check-in. We do not use this integration to access the content of your messages, passwords, or browsing activity.

We do not sell personal data.

We share data only when necessary:

• App Store / Google Play for payments
• Stripe for web payments
• Hosting providers
• Moderation tools (AI + human review)

We never sell or rent personal data.

We use secure servers, access controls, and internal restrictions to protect your data.

Advanced protections like full encryption are planned but not yet implemented.

We continue improving security as the platform scales.

• Account data is stored until you delete your account
• Habit logs and posts are deleted permanently upon account deletion
• Payment and legal records retained as required by law

Any data transfers outside the EU use GDPR-compliant safeguards, including Standard Contractual Clauses.

We update this policy when necessary. Users will be notified of significant changes.
