1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using 3D Habits, you agree to these Terms.

2. Eligibility

The app is available for users aged 13+.

Users under 18 should use the app with the knowledge of a parent or guardian.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Use the app legally
  • Provide accurate information
  • Not harass, threaten, or harm other users
  • Not upload harmful or offensive content

We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms.

4. User Content

You are responsible for content you upload (photos, videos, posts).

You grant SOULSPCE Collective a limited licence to store and display this content in the app solely for functionality.

We may remove content that violates our community standards.

5. Purchases & Subscriptions

Mobile App Purchases

All purchases made within iOS or Android apps are processed securely by:

  • Apple App Store
  • Google Play Billing

Website Purchases

Handled securely through Stripe.

We do not store card details.

Refunds follow Irish and EU consumer law.

6. Groups and Accountability Features

Group content is visible to group members only.

Admins can remove members.

We may moderate content for safety and compliance.

7. Locked-In Mode

Lock-In Mode limits access to selected apps and features.

SOULSPCE Collective is not responsible for missed notifications, messages, or consequences arising from Lock-In use.

8. Intellectual Property

All 3D Habits branding, design, code, and assets belong to SOULSPCE Collective.

Users may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer the app.

9. Liability Limitation (Disney-Style Shield)

To the fullest extent permitted by Irish and EU law, SOULSPCE Collective is not liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages
  • Loss of data, income, productivity, or opportunities
  • Issues arising from habit tracking, scheduling, or reminders
  • Emotional distress, mental outcomes, or behavioural impacts
  • Downtime, bugs, data loss, or technical failures
  • Third-party outages (Apple, Google, hosting providers, etc.)

The app is provided "as is" and "as available", without guarantees of specific outcomes.

Maximum Liability

If legally required to compensate a user, our total liability is limited to: the total amount paid by the user within the previous 12 months, or €20, whichever is lower.

10. Termination

Users may delete their account at any time.

We may suspend or remove accounts that violate these Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ireland and applicable EU regulations.
